Chef Dabiz Muñoz chooses Beloleum for his recipe with Correos Market

We are in luck! Chef Dabiz Muñoz has chosen our Beloleum Extra Virgin Olive Oil for one of his recipes in collaboration with Correos Market.

Specifically, the EVOO selected has been the Arbequina, as explained by the chef himself, because “it has a lot of aroma, it is very fruity, very soft and with a lot of personality”. We couldn’t agree more with him!

This is the fantasy that Diverxo’s chef prepared on this occasion: hawed and crispy sausages with “canary-nikkei” mojo and mascarpone. Guess where our EVOO was? Quite so! in the mojo

Here we leave you the video with the recipe that Dabiz Muñoz published on his Instagram and then we tell you why he chose us through Correos Market. Take note!

Beloleum as one of the outstanding products of Correos Market

One of the platforms where you can get our extra virgin olive oil from Aragón is Market Posts, the online sales channel of local products promoted by Correos, where they offer quality handmade products.

When his team contacted us to tell us that Dabiz Muñoz had chosen our oil for one of his recipes, we ran to prepare an urgent order for Madrid, but not before jumping for joy!

Now, you can also find us along with other products selected by the chef to make our recipe and others that he has previously prepared. Here you can see the selection #madeofwhatsomos

Why Arbequina for a Mojo?

Sending the three types of oil we made sure that you could choose the most suitable one, since until now the recipe was kept in strict secret. When we discovered that I was going to use Beloleum for the mojo, we understood the choice of arbequina oil, since it is the perfect one for sauces.

uso del arbequina en salsas

In the file of this product, we also make other “maridaje” recommendations, such as vegetables, rice dishes, marinades, cold creams and, yes!, pastries. Its softness makes it perfect for baking biscuits, cupcakes or oil loaf.

Specifically, Arbequina Beloleum oil from Aragon has a very intense fruity and a mild flavor, which is enveloping in the mouth.

These are the values of our Arbequina, soft, light and with aroma of ripe fruits. Our oil comes from the Belchite field, where the Empeltre oil It is another of the varieties par excellence. So we thank Dabiz Muñoz and Correos Market who have brought to the screens of thousands of users a bit of the flavor of our land.

And you? Do you dare to make this chef’s recipe with 3 Michelin stars? We have already got down to work with this “Canary-Nikkei” mojo! So… take advantage!
