Ingredients for homemade olives dressing

  • 1 kilogram of olives
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • Two lemons
  • Fennel
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt

Recipe to dress olives

  1. Place the cured olives in a Container with airtight closure.
  2. Put 30 grams of fennel, 15 of thyme and another 15 of rosemary to infusion in a pot.
  3. Remove the herbs from the heat and, when they have cooled, add the lemons broken into pieces and the garlic cloves previously peeled and crushed.
  4. Fill the container with this mixture of the olives.

  6. Close and let stand for about ten days.

How to preserve olives once seasoned: Tricks and tips

  • Protect them from contact with oxygen and light. Prevent your olives from floating on the surface of the water and keep them away from heat sources.
